A "must have" document for all parents & athletes. This documents outline important information regarding participation in athletics/activities in PWCS.

In order to participate in VHSL Athletic/Activities, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE AND UP TO DATE PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT. Physical examinations administered and signed by the physician after May 1st, 2010 will be good for all sports/activities for the 2010-2011 season.

Each student-athlete must provide their coach or sponsor TWO copies in order to participate in any activities. ONE copy remains with the coach and ONE copy goes to the athletic trainer.
